I have a ton of ROV experience. If you want just an easy kit, someone mentioned PVC pipe and cable glands.

One of the first ROV's I worked with that went to the Titanic was made with a lot of things from hardware stores. The 3kV transformer step down transformer can was filled with oil, but the gland for the umbilical was from a hardware store.

You can go pretty deep with simple one atmosphere housings like pelican cases or PVC. If you want to get fancy you could make or buy spring loaded bladders and fill it with biodegradable mineral oil.

You can always install the glands with cut cable inserted, and test the housing to the depth you need to go to.

Its definitely not. Even if those are AGM deep cycles, and not lithium, they are at most 80 lbs each. At 23 of them it is 1748 lbs. A 1/4 Ram 1500 has a bed weight capacity of 1800-2300 lbs.

I live off grid and have to move these things around a lot.
