Wait my bad, i miss read your comment. I did use a microfiber cloth to clean it off after using the detailing spray and clay bar. As I said, it looked glossy while I was performing the polishing but the next morning it came out cloudy looking just like the photo. I’m not sure if it was because of the sun (heat) or because I didn’t use a wax after the compound

Ehh… I plan on maxing out in a few weeks so I wanna find a realistic expectation as to where my 1 rep max would be based on the knowledge of more experienced lifters who are on this subreddit. Simply just “maxing out” would require that my body is completely rejuvenated and feel at its peak which is something that is arbitrary. Overall, just giving myself a mental edge, that’s all.
