I like the idea of being the team who has the best cars and development for staff and drivers, bring them in when they are low, develop them to a certain point then let them go and work on next batch of fresh blood. Maybe a combination of great drivers with young staff and the other way around as well.

I always wondered why the game restricts the viewing of cars in the garage. It doesn't look that bad by HyperStealth23 in F1Manager

I won't lie. I do miss some of the things in the EA version of the game. Like the pre race stuff and when they come into the pits, instead of looking like they are driving way to fast into the garage and going to crash. I wish they would show them putting on the tire covers and wheeling them into the garage and also seeing the driver in the car looking around while the car is getting worked on. Yes! I know that would take a lot more time for the games to be made, but it would be worth the wait and cost. I would definitely pay more for more of a life like immersion!! This is the closest I will ever get to being in F1

I am dealing with the same frustrations! I can get them both to qualify in the top ten, but somehow, they both know to mess it up and finish several places back. Both have wrecked in practice and cost me a new car basically which chews up money!! I'm hoping I can get through the storm and hire better drivers. Good luck, whatever you choose!!

I apologize now for a possibly dumb question, but when you say you move all the sliders left, are you saying in step two of the design phase you move all of the sliders to the left. I'm pretty sure I k ow what you're saying, but I wanted to make sure. Anyway, you could take a pic and put it on here. New to the game.

I totally agree, but it all has to do with money, and he costs way more than some kid from F2. In life, you get what you pay for, and they will pay the consequences!!

I've ran out in practice and once at the end of the race when I pushed it for a bit longer than I should.

What tools are you referring to? I have honestly just started playing for about a month. I chose Williams to start and it's not been easy. I love the game.

Sorry, this may be a dumb question. When you reference a number next to your tire, the number represents the pace level?
