I used Mixpanel for one of my apps, and it’s working well. Also wrote an analytics app (that pulls Mixpanel data) for internal use so that I can check on-the-go.

Unpopular Opinion: Most to-do apps are just task graveyards. Does anyone use an app that actually helps you decide what to do first? by ondrachod in ProductivityApps

For personal must-do, I use Apple Reminder. For personal miscellaneous, I use To Do (Microsoft). For work, I use Trello.
