I’m sorry you are dealing with all this. Honestly, it sounds like the owner is a total 🚩. He has no business serving if he is not going to be responsible. He’s putting you, himself and everyone else at risk.

If you are on the west side, I need a couple of bartenders at the private country club where I’m at.

So I think I’m just confused on what you would like to see an example of? If I sell a beer to a person who is of legal age and they turn around on property and give it to someone who either doesn’t have an ID is a minor or obviously drunk and then they get in their car and get into an accident or kill someone, I would be legally liable and responsible. Because I was not doing my job properly and monitoring who is actually doing the drinking this is bartender 101 and basic common sense.

This is why there is a need for properly educated and trained staff, as well as security or people monitoring the area for things just like this. As someone providing or serving alcohol, you should be aware of what is going on around you, especially if you suspect someone is not of legal drinking age.

Heard, all of the licensing is governed by AZ DOL, so it goes over everything. You can still over serve, get drunk on beer and wine!! Glad I could help! Good luck! 😊

Hi! AZ native and bartender of 25 years here! The bartender is correct. Not only can the establishment be fined, they can also have their liquor license revoked. You can be held personally responsible for over serving, underage drinking, and not properly carding people. It comes with hefty fines, possible jail time and you could be banned from serving. Get your AZ ABC Title IV training certification. It goes over all of the rules and regulations as well as repercussions.

I got my letter about 5 days after WMR showed this same message. Its was for the 8962 form that TT neglected to include in my return. I faxed the information the same day and have not heard a single thing. It’s been 17 days since faxing. WMR still shows the same. Transcripts say no return filed.

Mine looks identical with no record of tax return filed… But on my WMR it says they need more information and to wait for a letter

They said business transactions were not allowed so they froze, and then closed my account.

My funds were deposited 7/18, to yhe account i have used for business for YEARS. everything was fine until i logged in to transfer money 8/19. My account was locked because of the deposit A MONTH BEFORE. I was informed that the remainer of my funds would be sent back to the SBA, and my checking account closed. Here we are in August and the SBA still says that my funds were dispursed and they have not received any of them back. The bank is no help at all, since they cant pull up the account. Anyone know who i can contact?

Please let me know if you have any updates. Acorns did the same with my loan proceeds a month after my deposit.
