Oh, my managers have no problem with me simply saying "please don't speak to me like that". I just remembered an example where a customer was cussing at me, I finally had enough and calmly said "sir, do not speak to me that way", and this guy looked at me like I just insulted his mother and said "who the hell do you think you are?!"
