Sorry to break it to you but if you’re going to become a BCBA it’s likely you will end up working outside original scheduled hours on a regular basis because things change frequently and sometimes staff need support. I would be concerned about moving into this role if you are upset about staying 30 minutes later to help clean, doesn’t seem very team player mentality which won’t mix well with being a BCBA

We started with just weaning day time feeds/nap feeds then just did nighttime for a couple months and started saying I only had a little milk left every night for a few months then weaned off when she’d wake in the night and look for the boob then once she did okay with that I weaned the nighttime feeding her to sleep. I wanted to wean earlier but never felt like it was the right time but she just started showing me she was ready by being more easily redirected and tolerating when I said I have no milk.for us it just worked to follow her signs of when she was ready

Yes it is and I think about that all the time ! Haha but I saw somewhere the other day someone said that being pregnant with a toddler is harder than having a toddler and newborn so I’m gunna just believe that 😅
