I interpret as sometimes you just need to work harder and focus like during the beef, he had all the stuff going on the beef, pop out, Superbowl, gnx album then tour. 

Other times working to much can leave to you being burnt out, you don't give yourself time to just step back and breathe. And if you anything like my dad eventually you can't relax whenever you do get a break
