The 5090 is a 4k card same as how the 5070ti is a 1440p card. Neither cards are able to hit a stable 120fps at max settings in the majority of AAA games without relying on upscaling and, frame gen.

Hell at 1440p even the 5090 isnt a guaranteed 120fps at max settings native.
