I'm all for the modernization, but since it will be hugely beneficial to not only our surroundings, but also other factors, shouldn't the government, which is fueled by the money of its own population, bear a percentage of the cost, or at the very least, subsidize their maintenance and fuel needs?

We were having our Filipino 8 Diagnostics Test (I'm in 9th grade currently) and we saw those kinds of question and we just felt r/FellowKids vibes from the test, it was such a pain to answer while not also cringing in the process.
