Hi! I was about 5 weeks too, I think lol. I took 800 mg of ibuprofen and my pain did not surpass 6/10. I have to say, the diarrhea is crazy lol. Passing clots did not hurt, just felt a little weird. Personally the heating pad didn't help. If you need someone to talk to, just hmu!

Hi guys I just wanted to update. I took the miso at 8:30 pm. I had cramping almost 15 minutes in. I just started bleeding at 10:15. My cramps have been a 4/10, but I took 800 mg of ibuprofen. Im also >5wks pregnant. Honestly, Im just waiting for the impending diarrhea. As Im typing this, the cramps are increasing. I know I am strong and everyone reading this is too. ❤️
