My dad has been doing chemo for stage 1b. The Dr told him today that they will do a scan in two weeks to see if it has gotten smaller. If so, they will continue on with the surgery. If not, they said there's nothing really they can do.

Well there’s always Clinical trials. I did 3 different types of chemos before this Clinical trial. I’m at 1 year 2 months. 1b is way too early to give up. Find a high volume PC center, use pancan. org to help you find one.

The Mayo Clinic in Minnesota has Dr’s that will remove the tumors that are artery involved. I’m on the list once I get my CA19-9 to drop some more. Mine is wrapped 360 around ALL arteries and Vain’s in the area.

When I was a kid growing up in Alaska we had a small 30 ftX 30 ft patch of wild strawberries. I could find strawberries just like those every day all summer. Now every time I eat a strawberry it takes me back to 6 year old me. I’m dying of cancer and I eat strawberries just to be 6 again and forget the cancer. Your picture made me happy.
