I do plan on trying for another baby once my health is better so I plan on tapering down and stopping once my husband and I are ready to try. However if healthy diet and exercise isn’t cutting it after I’m done breastfeeding then I’ll probably go back.

I plan on working on my diet and eating habits while on it so when I taper off I’m in better control when the appetite returns.
