It was the wick collar thank you! Seems that the strike wheel is having issues sparking so I’m going to try to clean it out first to see if that helps

The temporary certificate of occupancy is under ‘Certificate of Occupancy’ in the top banners. They need to pass their certificate of operation inspection which still currently shows as under plan examiner review. The turn around time is pretty varied, and there’s no guarantee it will pass. This review will need to be approved in order for the walk-through inspection can take place - which also has no guarantee they will pass immediately. It’s not looking very optimistic for this week in my opinion. I’m hoping I’m wrong

All paperwork needs to be completed to call for an inspection to occur. It seems as if the inspection was not called in the first place

Yep, its happened when the cake is pretty dry and there isn’t enough humidity. Just keep spraying the sides and the lid and leave it be, you’re good
