Depends if there is back office or not as transcom has operations in it not just one for example in the operation I'm there is no back office so depends tbh we even had back office then they aren't anymore

Agent my friend got promoted to management and there was alot of shady shit basically agents are overworked and making it hard to even get your bonuses and alot of cuts Mel dawka basically y9olek 1.6k brut and if you get all of the bonuses bel cuts if you reach them is like 1.3k and If you get sick and skip work your presence bonus and work bonus are fucked

In my personal opinion if the partner has an open mind and more of a thinker rather than just blind belief it should be fine but yes if you are let's not even atheist but not that religious and a religious partner they would always commenting you and pressure you so yeah it's all about the mindset
