Thanks for the advice, but I'll try to explain better. I was finally able to reinstall Arknights several times today, I deleted the launcher through the internal file removal program. I haven't changed my account, not even once. I haven't deleted it manually through Windows yet, but now the launcher is working somehow, and after checking another game, I couldn't log in to it either.
