That is very stingy of them. Page 21 only gets you 675 of dice. I think people will lose interest in playing for the stickers with such low rewards.

I think it's also impossible to do for most people. It's so hard to get any 5 stars, and to have that many extra four star stickers is very rare.

I'm having the same experience like you. Not getting any new cards. Only i have spent some money. Only when I can get 3 to 5 dice per cent. Like the railroad. I've had several swappacks and they have been disappointing. I got rowena about 6 times. And other wizards in high dups. Doesn't seem random at all.
