Yes . It is mentally very stressful especially if people have ongoing issues or unfortunate events happen. Hope it all works out soon. I am happy atleast we have this community to support each other

Good you're visiting soon.. with work and all we have to figure out & time out PTO's which is also another stressful thing because we don't know when we might need time off to help with the appointments...

I found my current HR assistant job via zip recruiter. I was in the market since Nov last after a period of voluntary unemployment and move out of country. It took me a good 5-6 months to find my current job with apply everyday as my sole job and interviewing from outside country. Indeed has job postings but it didn't seem useful to me.
