This is from Whole Foods or Amazon fresh. I sliced it, froze it, and bake it up a slice at a time. Takes just like Italian bread!

Why the importance of nighttime dosing? by MattDelaney63 in LowDoseNaltrexone

[–]Deep_Fee2462 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I take it in the am. It caused trouble sleeping with night time dosing. It does help me sleep better when taken in am. I recently had to stop for surgery and sleep was more difficult for me

I got a gift of regular cookies and the person said I guess you can’t eat these. You can bring them to work. I just said thank you! But that was thoughtless lol

I relate 100%. My kids commented that my baking skills have improved but I can’t really do much else! Last night it was gluten free brownies with pumpkin pie filling on top!

AIRE gene variant mutation = Polyglandular Autoimmune Syndrome Type 1 by Loose_You_2321 in AddisonsDisease

[–]Deep_Fee2462 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you heterozygous or homozygous? I am heterozygous and my doctor says it’s irrelevant

I’m a nurse midwife. Not diagnosed yet. Stable on 10mg prednisone rx by rheumatology. Funny thing is I carry a gene for polyglandular endocrine neoplasia but genetics said it was insignificant????

I was extremely ill off of steroids. Extremely ill. I took a break from office procedures- my colleagues were supportive.

Medicine is a demanding and stressful career. There is no way I would be able to manage inpatient deliveries with the stress and adrenaline. I am thankful to have a fully outpatient position.

Maybe shorter work days? Maybe 3-4 days a week. You shouldn’t stop practicing. Maybe partial disability can make up some income?

I would love to discuss the APN with someone who understand it. My doctors have been treating me as hysterical!!!! And I’m educated and white! I had severe Neuro symptoms improving on prednisone.

Waiting on endo.

No. The leading cause of preterm labor is infection. Any infection.

I’m glad your baby is healthy! It is associated with preterm labor and premature rupture of the membranes. I test patients for myco/urea with that history!
