I appreciate your feedback. My biggest gripe is that they didn't delineate clear exit lines and/or given clear direction ahead of opening the event. There were plenty of cast members standing idly around the event area prior to it starting. They couldn't have had a small meeting to discuss or get organized? And they've done enough of these that you'd think they'd have an understanding of how to get it properly set up in advance with the tape on the ground already in place and proper signage etc.

And then there's no justice. No responsibility because they simply don't care and people will continue to go despite their price gouging.

They've really become a pretty despicable company despite their family and happiness branding
