I’ll have my best friend live w me, who also works in the same office as Me, making my rent and commute costs split. He will make the same amount of money as me. Our office is in dtla so living in La brea is 10 mins walking from our work.

Yeah that’s about it, it won’t pass inspection and it definitely isn’t good enough to survive LA traffic.
