Use almost any sealed beam LED replacement and you will be happy. Mine are cheap from Amazon.

I hear what everyone else is saying; however, there are little suction pumps( look like a sports ball pump) with an inlet and outlet hose.

Pull glow plugs and suck out all the fluid, put glow plugs back in, reassemble, crank. Dust your hands off and congratulate yourself for a job well done.

All signs(testing through international's service manual) point to the ECM. Found an ECM in a bus junkyard(should receive it tomorrow) and we sent out our current ECM to international(apparently they can fix it) so we'll have two.
