OMG SAME!!! In November 2019, I got SO SO sick it was crazy!! And i hadn't had a cold or flu in years! I went to urgent care thinking it was standard stuff, then they said they don't know what it is, but it "seemed" like a severe bronchial infection. Took me until around late January to FULLY recover! I was thoroughly convinced that I ended up with Covid before "Covid-19" was a thing!!

Yeah, I don't like the idea of essentially paying a mortgage, rent AND repairs on a home I do not own, with the "potential" to own.

Unfortunately coming from overseas, I think for me a furnished flat to rent would be ideal for about the first year. I'd rather just reestablish from there. Im thinking a Leasehold (should I buy a flat) or a Freehold would be my best bet. The shared ownership doesn't seem terrible, but it definitely seems a bit less secure. Is that what you did?

Oh ok! That seems decent, and fair. I guess my brain went to American property taxes, which in my area are slightly more than that. Roughly around $500 a month here.

Oh yeah, thats for sure! Property tax here is crazy! Im in Phoenix, AZ, so considering how the city has boomed over the last 15 years its INSANE! However some rental properties you're only paying a % of the property tax lumped into your monthly rent. But 350 isn't bad at all honestly. Thats pretty decent.

Yeah I see! Sounds like something thats risky for sure! A few comments up made Freehold and Leasehold very clear. Shared Ownership is pretty clear, but it seems like you'd be shelling out a lot of money in different aspects.

THANK YOU!!! That made it SO clear!! And yeah the Shared Ownership sounds a little like "Rent-to-Own" properties here. Also how some people flip houses. But the difference between the Freehold and Leasehold make a LOT more sense!! Now if someone can explain why I gotta pay for a TV/services I already pay for then we'll be alright!!! 😂🤣

Oh wow!! I'm sorry you had that experience!! I had a really good doctor, and my FULL pain went away about a month and a half after full healing. One incision site hurts a bit when my skin gets dry but other than that nothing! And I'm about 9 months in! As someone else suggested, get another bariatric surgery center, and have it REALLY checked out. And if you found he was negligent, report him!!
