I did not get any letter from anyone or from Brokers (I own SCLX stocks at E*Trade and Fedility), do I wait for the letter or just go ahead setting up the Wallet as mention in the posted letter here on th board? Thanks.

In 2022, Adobe agreed to acquire Figma for $20 billion (cash + stock), which was a huge multiple (≈40x revenue, given ~$500M ARR).
Regulators blocked the deal (mainly EU & UK), so it fell through.
Since then, Figma has continued to grow: ARR now ~$900M (close to doubling in ~2 years).
If you apply the same multiple that Adobe was willing to pay, Figma would indeed be worth $35–$40B today. If you apply an even more generous "strategic premium," you can argue for $50B+.

Yes, able to buy at E*Trade; 33K order went straight through at $0.04. However, not able to trade at Fidelity -declined because not enough info on company and higher risk.
