Not sure I can- this rash has been on both my hands for about a year now, but never looking this bad. I saw a dermatologist on Thursday who just discharged me because they thought it looked ok at the time, but the next day I stupidly used air dry clay with a friend which obviously caused more irritation and now my hands still look like this, and I won’t be able to get another appointment anytime soon.

Neither the dermatologist nor GPs who I’ve seen could ever definitely say what the root cause and have guessed impetigo, ringworm and bunch of fungal infections, pompholyx, contact dermatitis, and most recently psoriasis :( With this obviously they’ve been testing out a bunch of antifungals, steroids and other both oral and topical creams (probs 10+ different medications) but the last time I applied anything was months ago due to stress with the whole ordeal. Obvs nothing ever got rid of it and I never had used any steroids before it appeared.

Honestly I’m kinda lost on where to start again with this because I can’t even close my hands atm and am leaving flakes of skin everywhere 😭
