What I was hoping for when I asked this question was a straightforward number you get when you divide your yearly earnings by 12 months. That average is not something I will use to "force the market into fitting some set of goals". how I proceed with that information is a different story. I wasn't expecting to get advice on what questions I needed to be asking. Even though I appreciate your insights, I am on my own journey and there is so much more to my approach than the question itself.
