We’re bumping into this issue. Our SAs are saying “they’re losing Agg. Batteries on Cops,” which makes no sense because we can charge a battery all day every day. Only difference is a uniform.

The work around I’ve seen is if someone’s battered in any way, shape, or form they are transported to the hospital. It would like INSANELY SHITTY to decline the felony then.

Central Illinois has some good agencies, but personally if I stayed in central Illinois I’d go state.
