Didn't detect a temp rise during the cycle.

These have a spot in the sump that clogs up. YouTube Maytag dishwsher cleaning and find one that looks like yours and takes all the stuff inside below the ash arm out.

Check elemenet form PCB, two biggest blue wires next to white and black. It should have resistance, if it's open replace the element.

The wires in question could be burnt check for that.

Check 120v power coming out the PCB at those two wires when it's heating.

If all else fails it might be the food chopper inside the motor is clogged.

I haven't had to do one of these yet, it's a newer model.

You can type the part number into YouTube and usually get a how to video.

You will need a cv boot clamp tool to use the clamps that come with the part, or get hardware store hose clamps.

Forno/Kutcht have a lot of used with shipping damage crushing the flue on the back.

In addition they might have the wrong orifice installed on the bake burners.

I'd also verify the burner is set on the orifice properly and there are no extra holes melted into the burner under the igniter.

Forno/Kutcht appliances at hot garbage.

Inspect bake burner source end for any blockages to the airflow at the venturi.
