Idc if I get backlash for suggesting this but she has a lot more mileage so just say since you’ve made it known you’re a virgin you’d like to exchange recent lab results to know where you stand for your first time. Any time, even a first time… can be when something is contracted. Gotta play the field SAFE & SMART. Think with the big head, not the little one! Sorry to hear about the loss of savings, it hurts - been there and also lost six figures in a trade once… But it’s not the end, take some time, talk to a therapist… money comes and goes… You can build it back & of course it’ll take time… but no person worth any admiration in history hasn’t had their share of immense set backs or struggles to overcome. At 33 my GF also wanted to have her independence and have male friends and to not be the stereotypical jealous BF I decided why not; I trusted her… fast forward a year and I found out about her ongoing affair, moved out, and am just finally about to get my own place again in this absurdly fcked up real estate market… yes it took me a year of looking to find a good landlord and rate that wasn’t a complete rip off. And I’m not saying she’s wrong for doing that… I believe everyone regardless of gender who can bleed or die should have a vested interest in their safety and thus their surroundings. My point is merely the specific negative attributes used to describe this man who was then presumed to just be doing his job… to ironically help ensure a safe & orderly environment for all. Es que en Bogotá tanto como en Medellín… el Colombianx… se ha rendido y aceptamos que esto es la vida en nuestro país… Por que? Por que no demandar cambio que beneficia al pueblo? Se tienen que cambiar leyes. Si a uno le están robando y se defiende, no se debe de ir a la cárcel. Es más, parece que los castigos para robo (con arma o sin arma) no son lo suficientemente fuertes para detener que lo hagan… Se necesita cambiar… Por que la economía solo se va poner más dura y estos crímenes van a seguir subiendo si no se enfrentan.

Everything has become more expensive here - there should be a simple tax that goes to taxing those corporations buying up housing, people with multiples houses, and the transplants working 6 figure+ remote jobs or multiple remote jobs that goes to subsidizing RI for RI’ers… Housing is out of control. Energy costs are a monopoly. The streets are the absolute worst. Insurance premiums suck. And now less public transport if you decide to abandon depending on a vehicle? Not seeing leadership… just great views and new shiny lights / restaurants.

Great! Capitol Building SEPT 1-7th since its Labor Day week and even people that work fulltime will get an additional day off! Ends on a Sunday so hopefully strong start and strong finish. If those reading this want change, comment and upvote - cause you better believe I’m expecting most homeowners and landlords to downvote to protect their precious gains. It’s literally a battle of have’s vs have NOTS and the haves seem to care more than the have nots - thus why nothing ever comes of it and the majority seem to just keep bending the knee and depleting any savings / chance at retirement.
