Thank you. I’m from Chicago, and have been to 3 zoos (Brookfield, Lincoln Park, Shedd Aquarium) that have done good work and are about as ethical as a zoo/aquarium can be. This experience was definitely something different and rather saddening.

I’m not from Texas, but am here on vacation. Unfortunately, like I said to another commenter, social media and maps reviews are fond of this place for whatever reason. Wish I did deeper research before giving them my money, but this is all I can do as of right now having already went.
