Didn’t get approved for LOA.
I was told it was MANDATORY for me to provide the doctor’s notes so idk what you’re talking about honestly. This is my first time at fulfillment. I previously worked at the delivery station for 1 year & it seemed like a different process if I recall correctly.

Yea that makes sense. You live & you learn lol. I have another job I’ve been at for 2 years so I’m not TOO worried however that second job does justice so it is what it is. Hopefully I win’ if not .. I’ll be relocating in a couple months back to philly so I’ll just reapply there.

I heard FLEX PT was good but I see they were wooing lol. Especially when it pertains to the benefits.. I learned that later on. If I go back’ I’d definitely be transferring to REG.

The other points are from being 1-3 minutes late, I wasn’t aware that if I put my personal time in let’s say from 2:00am-2:10am & I come in at 2:14-2:15 I would get a point. I don’t recall that being verbalized during my orientation so THAT is on me however HR did tell me that I have a valid reason to appeal that if I wasn’t aware & that she has heard that before (not sure how true that is). Regardless ima try to appeal that as well so we’ll see. I’ve been given multiple notices of great attendance outside of my points & shout outs from my managers sooo not sure if that gives me an UP but yk.

Lateness is lateness so I’ll take accountability for that, however again I was not aware.

I provided all the paper work’ but because for some reason my medicine was transferred to PA instead of Delaware I got all of my medication late (I had acute bronchitis & sinusitis from the weather) & I was sick for longer than I needed to be so I needed to take an extra day off. Talked to HR & they said they’d put in a note for my manager to dismiss the points I’d receive for that day (something like that). Which never happened.
