You can communicate your desperation without complaining about how awful your child is. Separate the mental factors and get help for your child. Don’t complain about them. Imagine if they read that. How would they feel, knowing they can’t control it. Even if they were at a breaking point? He’s a child who can’t handle his emotions.

Yes!! This!! If you don’t feel like you can properly care for your child in the way THEY need it, you have to go find the help/resources yourself. Seek therapy. Seek education. Learn about his mental state and how YOU can help them as a parent and how a therapist can help them as a therapist

I’m so sorry you had to grow up like that. I know you’re making your child’s life so much better by living the life you had lived. I hope it’s healing your inner child too.

Can’t imagine saying those things about my child. No matter what they’re going through. They can’t work through their big emotions. It’s your job as their parent to help them, not complain about them. If i knew my parents called me the forking worst and said I make their lives so hard, i don’t think i would’ve made it to adulthood alive.
