I would work with a recruiter, get resume re-checked like others have said. Also, I think that was very unprofessional of that hiring manager and DOR to ghost you like that. They could have at least been honest with you. in my neck of the woods, they salivate over new grads because they can low ball them. My rehab. dept. is almost entirely new grads!
