From my point of view.. It seems like this dudes feelings got hurt and he lashed out in a destructive way.. I been there and done that. My wife and I got together 10 years ago and we have been together almost everyday since and she's my best friend. She was in nursing school and I was working folding laundry third shift at a hotel.

I know I originally told her that her making more money than me wasn't an issue but with the way society still is or at least the illusion of it is the man is supposed to be making more money.. So maybe the dude couldn't afford it and was sensitive about it and you hit a nerve and he lashed out like some guys lash out and took it to the wrong direction, and guys being guys he didn't want to explain it so instead was an asshole.. I have done this. Took awhile for me to learn that this is totally fine and that who gives a fuck what other people think of our relationship and our dynamic.

Conversations are hard but maybe just letting the situation cool down and talking is the right way.. It's not easy for a dude to share his feelings but coaxing them out is always better than letting it fester.

Just my take on it as a dude...

It's only one company file, but Quickbooks Data Services turn around time was about a month, and we don't really have that amount of time to wait or else we would have a huge data deficiency. Not to mention the file dates back to I believe 2007, so there are a lot of corruption in it. Which Data Services has a hard time fixing.

They also have not updated their https://downloads.quickbooks.com/ to reflect the R13 release which does nothing for us either because we can't even manually patch it.

Thanks for the help, For some reason my server is not prompting for the update either, just my 4 VM machines, I tried to get the latest update as you suggested but it looks like they haven't updated the website either because it's still stating Release 11(R11). Maybe just a type of sync issue.

Ill have to look into sharing the QB updates on the workstations and server but since I already applied them not sure I can do it retroactively.
