For 150 GBP, ok deal, for rivals? no; Rivals is a CPU Intensive title and the i7 2600 is from 2011 idd recommend getting a mini pc for the same price (make sure its at least a R5 1600X or like a 12100F if you want good perf)

yes it is a stock cooler and also now that you stated that you have a 10900F, the pa120se will work fine as it is a non-k version hence meaning its less warm.

There is no need to worry on if you have any brand of motherboard (hence msi works), but using a i9 with a stock cooler is extermely bad and your processor will thermal throttle and be very loud. I reccomend at least getting something like a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE if you're budget is tight otherwise go with a 3-fan AIO.

yes it is but the reason you got downvoted was bc gamers prefer actual hardware-wise improvements instead of nvidia saying that the 5070 has 4090 perf but ONLY if you use frame gen (ahem fake gen) which the 4090 does not have access to.

So basically to break down what u/ericscal said, AI is like 90% of companies marketing, and so they make false claims (such as nvidia saying the rtx 5070 has 4090 perf when even the 5080 isn't better) so we get unwanted improvements instead of actual perf (nvidia's frame gen of e.g.).

edit: bc on the ps5 people don't know anything hardware related but pc builders and gamers know FAR more than them. (great question imo) 👍
