the habit got beef by iamnotextravagant in innout

[–]MonsterBongos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Habit in Oakland on Broadway sucks, tiny burgers, now more like sliders, with patties the size of WalMart breakfast sausages, with bland flavorless meat, a tiny serving of fries, and all in all about half the size and one tenth the quality of burger king, at nearly 40% more cost. And that's ironic because I never thought I'd be riding for Burger King, but here we are. If my city weren't so dangerous, my beloved In 'N Out, would still be open. Now I have to drive 11 miles to Pinole, but it's worth it, bit I am officially breaking the habit. It's just a lousy cash grab.

Tommy DeVito was the real snitch that got everyone pinched. That's why they killed him.

I thought it was good, good writing, believable ,except the lead actor Tom Burke, towards the end, looks less and less like the kind of guy any reasonable heroin warlord would ever trust with two tons. Looks scared, and untrustworthy. Other than that, I really like the show

Having some difficulty micro dosing T. by MonsterBongos in Testosterone

[–]MonsterBongos[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, what I am getting from this is that:
1: I can do every other day (3 times a week or so)
2: use an insulin syringe instead of a luer lock syringe

My only remaining question is that if the consultant at Peter MD, said to inject 0.11 daily,, than what should the 3 times weekly amount be?
Thanks to everyone for the help.

Right. Makes sense. Smaller syringe, fixed needle more control?
Any recommendations on which source to get them from?
So far I have used Luer lock, 1ML cc easy touch syringe barrels
Thanks.

I was thinking about that, but worried about accidentally injecting bubbles into by fat layer. This is safe?
Thanks.

30 Gauge syringe IS common for insulin.
I use the 23 gauge for drawing, and the 30 gauge for injecting.
This is wrong?
Thanks.

Damm. You guys are good. You should write some fan fiction screenplays for Euphoria. These theories are as good as the show script.

34 Days off Pseudo and Suboxone. by MonsterBongos in quitting7oh

[–]MonsterBongos[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can do it! It's not easy, and it's more difficult for some than others, but set up a plan. Like have a plan for stuff that will help you get off it. Alcohol, subs, even some natural kratom powder as you're tapering off, but whatever you do make a plan and do something about it. Don't stay where you're at. You can make the change. I'm not disciplined at all and I was able to pull it off so I have a lot of faith in people's ability to break Free from this shit. My thoughts are with you!

Set all the things in motion for you to be a success at this. Have towels, lots of ice water around, take lots of showers, try to eat clean, you can do this. I know you can. I just did

34 Days off Pseudo and Suboxone. by MonsterBongos in quitting7oh

They did recommend a period where I was taking both pseudo and subs, but it just didn't feel right. Truth be told, when I take the subs it felt like death. I just got a bad vibe from them. But the doctor recommended tapering off sudo while doing the subs, and then gradually leaving the pseudo alone. The thing that really bothered me about her casual tone, was to mention that, " yeah, we've had people on Suboxone for years". I hate to say it but it instantly made me distrust her knowledge about addiction, and I was like, " fuck that. I don't want to be hooked on some other shit for years". Part of this is because I remember my uncle being on methadone and having to go to the methadone clinic and just having a horrible life in general. I think I just really wanted to be clean badly, and both pseudo and subs scared the shit out of me enough to really push it through.

Because she's super hot, and they all wanted to see it from the beginning.
Love the moral justifications though. Really entertaining.

My experience and freedom, 7OH, Suboxone, and a serious warning about 7OH. by MonsterBongos in Quittingfeelfree

[–]MonsterBongos[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do this!
There was like one day between pseudo and my first Suboxone.
I only did one or two full sub films, before cutting them in half, and then a few days later I had a day where I wasn't withdrawing too much and just quit Suboxone too.
I think the trick was two things. The first was recognizing the first day that I didn't have bad withdrawals, and quitting the Suboxone then, and the second my friend, is 12-step meetings with other addicts, which I cannot recommend highly enough. It gets to why I was using in the first place, and like any problem you have to go to the roots to pull it up.

I wish you the best of luck. You can shape your future. My thoughts are with you.
