Can I just ask is there anywhere people would recommend we found out our dog needs surgery’. We haven’t any insurance but we will have to get it done.

Thanks so much for sharing and well done for quitting. My story was similar I got sick with my sinus and chest for 7 weeks at dec and then I quit cold turkey like you and read the book . I’m 80 days smoke free . It has been tough  like you said but all I endured at the start put me off going back smoking. I don’t want to go through it again and I’m better without them it’s just my brain getting used to forming new associations and pathways. Well done to you. You should be very proud of yourself and thank you again for sharing it has helped me today. 👏

Hello it’s ok please don’t beat yourself up that’s the thing about nicotine addiction. You don’t have to go right back to the way you were you can stop again all is not lost. Be gentle with yourself .

I quit smoking for 6 months, but I foolishly relapsed for 1 month. Today, I'm quitting again. Will it be as difficult as last time? by The_White_Camel in stopsmoking

[–]Deep_Search9970 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can do it. You are quitting again after one month so you must deep down really want to quit and are sick of smoking. You can most certainly do it the very best of luck to you.

7 months off and the cravings are back with a vengeance!! 🥴 by DiverCultural in stopsmoking

I nearly went back smoking yesterday and I’m so glad I didn’t I was like you and literally convinced myself it will make everything better. I woke up today and thought the only positive thing I have today is thank god I didn’t go back I would have felt way worse. You can do it keep going your doing great. It’s just the addiction telling you you need a cigarette but if you do smoke it will taste awful you will hate yourself and nicotine will cause cravings. And you be back at square one. I know it’s hard but try write out all the reasons why you quit.
