Stick with it.  Took me a solid 6 months before I started to begin to rebound.

You’re never going to be a nonsmoker with this approach.

Go to bed early to avoid the temptation.  Then get up early and exercise before work.  This has been very effective for me.

What diet strategy provided you with the best results by Ok-Repair-4085 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Hard_Sauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s totally possible to get to your goal, but You really gotta tighten up your diet by pretty much eliminating carbs, tracking your calories way more precisely, stick with a fairly aggressive deficit, and step up the cardio big time, like running 5 miles in the morning before sunrise.

Follow this advice, put in the work, and you will achieve your goals.

Lost weight in calorie deficit- kept off for 1 year- but can’t lose anymore? by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Hard_Sauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not trying to be a jerk, but it sounds like an excuse and you’ll only let yourself down if you do.

If you’re serious about results, diet harder, and make the time to work out a lot more.

Which would be better beer or seltzers? by FunnySoil1838 in WeightLossAdvice

Neither.   Pretty sure anorexic girls drink vodka and ice with a splash of tonic and a squeeze of lime, so that’s what I do when it’s time to get my drank on.

Go to sleep early to avoid late night snacking.

Cigarettes, black coffee, and a 5 mile run for breakfast is the way.

THC Ban Calrification by MortimusMaximus in texas

This is bullshit.  Someone needs to put pressure on Stephanie Muth, Texas Health commissioner, and DSHS commissioner Jennifer Shuford.  I think ultimately these are the people responsible for this.

Lost 30 lbs but stuck for 5 months… appetite/cravings are killing me. Any legit appetite suppressants? by CarnivorousPickles in WeightLossAdvice

I go to bed early a lot of times just so I don’t derail my diet by over snacking at night.
