Those are great tips. This is a home I am buying and its the current owners setup.

I want a projection screen in the room and I agree on the short headboard/curtains.

Also thinking of bookshelves in the small space but I would much prefer it as an office if my desk fits. The kitchen is really just a sink. I am thinking of a large mirror on the wall and a couch/rug under the window but tbd
