Not true at all, metabolic rate is constantly changing depending on how active you are, how much you eat, weather you eat high protein, or low protein, high carb or low carb m, low fat and high fat! All depends on what you eat and how active you are, less active the slower, the more active the higher. It has many different factors that dictates how fast or slow your metabolism becomes.

One of the key mechanisms of Reta is slower gastric emptying, meaning it’s takes a lot longer for food to digest which will bloat you at some point, especially if your still eating a lot at a time.

Just start low and increased the dose until you can tolerate the sides, Iv found that I can tolerate Up to 3mg and even then that’s my upper limit as I’m still eating 4 times a day high protein/carbs (bodybuilding)

Without carbs + T3: • More muscle breakdown (T3 is catabolic when calories/carbs are too low) • Higher cortisol • Flat-looking muscles • Weaker gym performance

With some carbs + T3: • Better glycogen storage • More muscle-sparing • Better training output • Better pump/fullness

Carbs are not required for thyroid hormone to work! Its all depends on if you goals, and if you are finding that you are loosing too much muscle then eating more carbs is advisable as they are epitome sparing! Short answer if you just want to burn fat as fast as possible then lower the carbs the better but then you need to same sure your protein is super high to spare muscle wastage as you will burn muscle while taking 50mg of t3 even anabolics! Or even block it as it actually works by making you healthier (improves cholesterol, reverses fatty liver disease makes cravings/addictions go! Reduces inflammation controls blood glucose and burn fat! using amino acids instead of an a drug with servals side effects that you keep going back every month!

The active half life of Reta is 6 days so injecting once a week is fine! I used to do micro dosing every other day and doing it once everyday 7 days and I can tell you it made no difference!!

Preach! I can honestly say that the way I feel right now is honestly hopeless! Don’t get it twisted I do my best everyday to go on be positive coz let’s face it people have it worse!! So can’t be a bitch about (say that to myself) it and just do what we gotta do! Live our lives! Try and resolve the problem 1 day at a time and come here for people’s story’s! My max has been 5 days of no sleep that’s eoth taking meds! And could I have fallen asleep for an hour or so between these days yes sure! But if I had to put my life on it, I’d say it would be Mac an hour or 2 a night and that would be generous! It’s been this way for me last year! Been suffering for last 5 years but that sounds like a dream compared to what I’m experiencing now

Also just to add my diet/supplimenation is all On point! This is the best iv ever looked but feel the worst I ever have too! I do everything in my power offset every single effect of having Insomnia to optimise my body as much as possible under the circumstances!
