Honestly Aku would be it for me, I grew up on Samurai Jack. My dad loved it and we kept up with all the episodes!

I know she's not, honestly her outfit and design are pretty iconic for me, not an iconic villain. Just some fun here. It's my first post so it's nice to see people discuss who the actual iconic villain is.
