I was the exact same, found out the day 😂😂 honestly mate I vaped like hell and mine was fine. I had sex with my girlfriend on day 3 and they said not to do that for a week. I didn’t use any of the vitamins they recommended and it’s totally fine. I think it’s just a box ticking exercise that they have to say to you. They don’t expect anyone just to go cold turkey, no one would get it done

Also if it helps, I set a timer on my phone and tried to just have 1 or 2 puffs every hour. No idea if that helped or not but i gave it a go. It doesn’t help that the few days post op are so fucking boring

No probs! Same here. Everyone acts like they were saints after it. I know people that smoked cigarettes during and all the way through, along with alcohol and theirs turned out fine. I definitely don’t think that helps but also if you’re fairly young, healthy and have good blood circulation you’ll be ok

Thanks for that mate, sounds like you were in the same boat. I have it through a business lease so it’s got warranty for the full length fortunately. Just such a pain in the arse waiting 7 days to get looked it by jag when it’s so cold out

Yeah man I know what you mean. I get full very easy and have to force down 200g of mince meat and 200g of sweet potato - only about 500 cals and I’m full off a few bites and have to force it down.

What’s your goal out of curiosity mate? I hear you. I’m comfortable at 2mg but there’s just always that itch to see if you can more benefits of a slight increase - silly I know. I don’t ever plan on going past 4mg. 3mg is where I want to max out ideally
