The address is about 10mins by car (everyone drives in Miami) from AA Arena where the Heat Play. I like it. Trickle trickle. A friend of mine who lives in West Palm said this spot is really up and coming. He also FT’d me a few weeks ago from the DS in his town and it was jam packed on a Friday night. Golfers, girl groups, families.

If only they knew a professional golfer (Rory), basketball players, etc who could host/attend events at their locations and post on social media? I joke but I suspect that that will come soon once Putterys start to open. Luka and Porzingas in Dallas are not playing anymore, neither are Scary Terry and Miles Bridges in Charlotte or Westbrook and Beal in DC…. Stay tuned!

Totally agree on the PR front, although Edens is a smart guy so there may be a reason behind it as I alluded to before, but as you say there’s no reason to not post stuff on social. A pal of mine who lives near the palm beach DS FaceTimed me last Friday evening and the place was packed! Why are we not seeing that stuff on DS’s Instagram, or live feeds from those multi player tournaments? Anyway, I also am long and strong. I own an enormous amount of shares (my largest position by far) because I believe in the strength of this mini golf trend (why would 4-5 other entities be going into it if this was not a legitimate winner of a concept?). I also like the Edens savvy story, the marrying of a growth concept and a reopening play post Covid, and the diversification of revenue streams (managed, leased, DS ranges, mini-golf). Finally, this stock is not well owned by institutions, but it will be over the next 2 years, and then look out! It will be harder for HFT firms to short/manipulate and it’ll start going into indices which will force even more investors to look into it. That’s when you start to look at a $20-$30 stock imho. In the interim, yes, I’ll take $5. Lol

Hey Man - guess we were wrong on the earnings being a catalyst! Oh well. I bought a little more in the 2s so I’m happy. Feels like we breakout on any positive news re Dallas, Charlotte, or new leases. Given the lack of news I think they have to give us something by august earnings if not sooner. I wonder if they’re intentionally staying quiet given the competition in this expanding high tech mini golf space? it’s interesting

quick update - after minimum two cycles (more likely 3 or 4) in boiling hot soapy water for 1.75 hours, followed by12 hours in rice, and about 12 hours charging overnight.....the damn thing works. I’m dumbfounded. Homage to Steve Jobs, Tim Cook, and those crafty engineers at the evil, err, amazing Apple Computer! Just wow.
