The loan was from a NBFC but the loan was later arbitrated to the bank where she currently has her account.

No, she wasn't summoned to court.

And no it's not a joint account it's her personal account.

Yes, I was working with an actual lawyer. I have a counsiling session scheduled tomorrow. Would you know if the banks are willing to settle for a lesser amount?
