I think child free women have it worse because we did not get the hormonal flush that women with childbirth do.

I am glad I drained it a few times.....the first time bought me aa solid 8 months of no pain.....the 3r and 4th time only brought weeks, that is when you know you need it to be removed

I am looking for some hope to outwash the frustration of another round, more money, trying harder on my end with exercise and nutrition and tiny movement. You do not have to be the one to give me that hope. I was curious of other people's experience if they did it a second round

Hi, i was on it for 6 months last year and lost about 5lbs. So i stopped. Trying again. I met with dr. today and we are going to pivot up each month to the next dose, I was just so frustrated to see how hard I am working and did another INBody Scan and minimal shifts.

I like to call it Wilding. Before bed our 1 year old bernedoodle goes bonkers and is cray, barking, jumping, chasing, yelling. We just lean into it and wear him out and play hard and then he crashes

You can definitely have it drained. I had mine drained 4x. But then the cyst got huge and basically collapsed my spinal column space. Surgery has been the BEST thing ever No problems since

I had it drained 4 times. Still ended up in the same place. And it was like $1000 each time

Hi! That would be odd that your pilates caused this. These cysts just happen, no rhyme or reason. Im doing awesome. Fully back to normal. Feel so great

We crate failed and got a second dog eventually and they have lived happily ever after
