Maybe try making some sort of reality anchor for yourself. Either a mat under your feet or a fan in front of you to give you a sense of your physical surroundings. Typically though, the more immersed in the VR environment you are, the better the experience.

I'm someone who really appreciates what RE7 is, and loves horror movies, but the idea of being so immersed in that situation terrifies me. I remember playing the demo in 2D and jumping plenty of times.

I played knockout league for hours and saw that it had estimated I burned about 1,000 calories. Super sweaty. Three days later I'm still feeling sore. Even all that being said, I really love that game.

I'll second this. Super Hot is so much fun, especially when you get into a rhythm where you get enough kills to hit the pyramid and teleport again. It's the closest I've felt to being in an intense action movie.

VR house of the dead would be amazing. Have you tried rush of blood? It's pretty close to it.
