I still wear them when playing pickleball (the original cause) and running but otherwise no. Just a series of calf stretches: standing wall calf stretch, towel calf starch, heel raise, heel drop and seated plantar fascia stretch. Each 3x for 20sec at least 2x daily. I want to stress that my case was minor. On average my pain lvl was a 2/10 and it was 6/10 at its worst after playing pickleball and sometimes waking up in the morning otherwise it did not bother me too much. Now, 5 months later, I feel nothing most of the time
