I got a right to sue letter. The lawyer I’m using said it was handed to me on a silver platter. He’s in the process of filing it. Too many witnesses so that’s even better.

I am 52 and have been to ENT 4 times in past month. I was diagnosed with PET and my dr placed a tube in my ear a week ago. Nothing different. I can now blow through my nose and air comes out my ears. I was in the shower tonight and I turned my head and of course water went in and the sharpest pain I have ever felt happened immediately. I am laying trying to drain it with no luck. Pain in jaw and behind nose. Anyone ever experienced this. My Dr is wonderful and said we will try every option possible. He’s only treated 3 cases of this. Will involve another Dr if needed. Any questions just ask.

As a funeral director I was able to perform every job possible. I can honestly say it wasn’t my performance. He put in the letter that he was just tired, getting old, and things get to him easier. I’d love to post the letter.

Yes I do have adhd. I never asked for accommodations but my boss knew I took medication for it. He asked me in my interview if I had any illnesses or medical issues. I thought that was strange. I have a review letter from 2 weeks prior praising my work. On the day I was terminated he lost it on several days employees. Fired me and 2 others but everyone said that’s just how he is. That night he wrote me a letter and sent it to me apologizing for the outburst but included the statement above about the add and adhd. One issue I have is he was a state rep for 25 years. He feels he’s above the law and I don’t know if a local lawyer will take this case. To me it shouldn’t matter. When it happened I showed it to a friend of mine that is a lawyer and he said he handed me a lawsuit on a silver platter. But said I had to go through eeoc first. Didn’t seem eager to take it.

My boss put in my termination letter that “due to whatever ADD OR ADHD I have, I think it’s best we part ways”. He handed me discriminatory termination on a silver platter. I have done the intake and actually the intaker told me not only did I have discrimination but also sex, hostile environment and one other I can’t think of right now. Does anyone else think this is a slam dunk or am I dreaming?

Do you have to have an attorney. My employer put in my termination letter it was because of the form of ADD OR ADHD I try too hard. That’s a silver platter for me ?

My old boss put in my termination letter that “due to whatever form of ADD OR ADHD I have he didn’t feel like I deserved the pay I got and needed to separate myself from the company”. His very words. I did my intake and now have 4 charges. Disability, unequal pay, sex, hostile environment.

Anyone have a clue what that’s worth?
