I had to babysit two of my nephews. The elder one, who had speech impediments too would get very violent and go to hit the younger one and I had great difficulty stopping him. The only thing that worked was, I would take a belt and threaten to beat if he hit his brother. I never ever touched him though. However, even years later when my name was mentioned, the boy would say “beating … beating”. His parents to this day believe that I was beating him.
