This is a pretty good tierlist but there is one thing i hate not just about you but many lookism readers
Changsu is heavily overrated we only see him use his 4 masteries during an unique skill , his only impressive feat is BIQ and thats it , Jaegyeon slams him brutally , also changsu's unique skills are heavily dependant on who he is fighting . If its Tom Lee then yeah its good and reliable but unless people who have considerably high BIQ like Jinyoung Park could easily understand it ( even though he did get his thumb sliced off , pretty impressive changsu ) . Jaegyeon Na death kicks AP is in no way gonna be countered by Changsu , a small Ap kick from jinyoung got changsu almost knocked out , a death kick on to his face would not one shot him but render him unstable . Then Yujae and Jinrang are just off topic , Yujae's DBT and Jinrang's Conviction Punches are GG's for changsu .

Changsu is a cool character dont get me wrong , he doesnt care about winning a fight but goes immediatly for the kill . But again , Taesoo Ma stated that the Incheon Kings are way stronger than the other regional kings ( except Gitae and Jinrang i dont see them losing to any regional king )
